This book is a compilation of some of the many recipes that I have been able to share with my audience for 10 years. Recipes that include stories of joy, emotion, satisfaction and above all of love.
Cooking is an act of love and I have done so for these first 10 years. Throughout this time I have grown, personally and professionally ... I have bottomed out at many times and I have risen strengthened. Also in these 10 years I have found love and cooking has been the place of it.
I have met wonderful people and I have been able to bring to my public, this passion that I feel for cooking easy, fun, practical, balanced and tasty. The love I have received from so many people who have made me theirs, there are no words to describe it. So I wanted to be able to reach my people telling life stories of these 10 years through recipes ... with the illusion that they can feel motivated and prepare them at home and share them as a family.
It has a plain language, I want to get in touch with the “you to you” reader, I want them to feel that I am the one who is telling them the stories in real time. I wanted to break the schemes of the typical sections of a cookbook and sit with them and the choice of recipes, my way of being ... the Gabriella of flesh and blood.
